PURPOSE:To enable full automization of the production line by making in series one line of the whole processes from molding stage to shake-out stage and enabling circulation by intermittently sequencing plural flasks on the same line. CONSTITUTION:The flasks 6 having 1m length and width are set on molding stations 8 at right and left sides of a vibrating table 9 and expendable patterns 7 are set in each flask. The flask 6 in the molding station at a shifting carriage 23 side is laid on the vibrating table 9 and after packing sand from a sand storing tank 3 and vibrating, the flask 6 is shifted to side direction and laid on the shifting carriage 23 and run on rails to shift to pouring line 10. In the same way, the flask 6 in the other station 8, packs the sand and shifts the pouring line 10. After arranging five flasks, they are evacuated with a sucking device 13 and molten cast iron, etc., is poured to replace the expendable pattern 7 into the molten metal. After leaving as it is, it is shifted to cooling line 11 and further, cooled. It is shifted to a roll-over apparatus 12 to roll over the flask and the product is taken out. By this method, the whole stages are automized and the workability is made good and the whole apparatus can be systemized and simplified. |
