PURPOSE:To enable to accurately manufacture a die cast rotor by forming a plurality of trapezoidal slots formed with erected parts on an iron plate for a rotor and sequentially press-fitting the erected parts. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of parts of slot groups 12 of a laminating iron plates 11 for a die cast rotor are formed in trapezoidal slots 16, and caulked erected parts 15 are formed on one side surface. The parts 15 are sequentially press- fitted, thereby caulking and laminating the plates 11 while slightly twisting them in a circumferential direction. Accordingly, a die cast rotor iron can be manufactured by temporarily stopping the press-fiting caulking when an arbitrary number of plates are laminated fixedly. |
