PURPOSE:To provide an electrode-buried ceramic green sheet which is hardly broken and can be laminated with high precision even mechanically, by selectively depositing an adhesive on a substrate having an electrode ink film formed thereon so that unrequired parts of the electrode ink film are fixed on the substrate, applying ceramic slurry thereon and drying the same to provide the electrode-buried ceramic green sheet. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive is deposited selectively on a substrate 11 having an electrode ink film 10 formed thereon, so that unrequired parts of the electrode ink film 10 are fixed on the substrate 11. Ceramic slurry is applied thereon and dried to provide an electrode-buried ceramic green sheet 14 on the substrate. The ceramic green sheet 14 is thermocompression bonded to another ceramic green sheet or other electrode without peeling it off from the substrate, and then the substrate 11 together with the electrode ink film 12 fixed on the substrate 11 is peeled off, whereby the electrode-buried ceramic green sheet 14 is transferred to said another ceramic green sheet or other electrode. The ceramic slurry is prepared such that the ceramic after dried contains 10 to 40% by weight of thermoplastic resin. |
