PURPOSE:To easily enable photographing t a light control level intended by a photographer by providing a light control level correcting value setting means and a displaying means which displays a set correcting value to a stroboscopic device so that the light control level can be changed while a photographer watches the display. CONSTITUTION:The operating section 3 of a stroboscopic device has two keys 3a and 3b and controls a correcting quantity. The display section 4 of the stroboscopic device is constituted of an LCD and, when the section 4 displays '+1F', the display means that the light control quantity is excessive by one stage. The keys 3a and 3b (+SW and -SW) and the display section (LCD) 4 are connected with a microcomputer 2 and, when the +SW is depressed, '+1' is added to a correcting value S when the correcting value S is smaller than the upper limit value. When the -SW is depressed, '-1' is added to the correcting value S when the value S is larger than the lower limit value. The value of the correcting value S is displayed on the LCD 4. On the other hand, the microcomputer in a camera main body reads the correcting value S and adds the correcting value S to a light control level Q calculated by an ordinary method. Since the correcting value to the light control level can be set while a photographer watches the display in such a manner, the light control level intended by the photographer can be obtained easily. |
