PURPOSE:To enable to permanently take off power by charging a current which is generated by a DC generator which is coupled directly to a DC motor through a low voltage charging circuit by a battery. CONSTITUTION:A DC motor 8 and a DC generator 9 are coupled directly via a shaft. The motor 8 is rotated by a battery 10 to take off the power, and the generator 9 is simultaneously rotated to generate a direct current. Then, this direct current is charged to the battery 10 through a low voltage charging circuit having a full-wave rectifier 1, a half-wave rectifier 2, a power transformer 3 and a wire wound resistor 4. In this manner, not only the current from the battery 10 but also the current from the generator 9 are flowed reversely through the battery 10, thereby enabling to permanently eliminate the variation in the capacity of the battery 10. |
