PURPOSE:To fill out a high-temperature liquid into a bottle, dy a method wherein air within the bottle formed by expanding and stretching a preform within a mold is discharged, cavity is reduced by sending the air within a cavity, then air is sent into the bottle again and the air within the cavity is discharged. CONSTITUTION:Great tensile stress is kept generated on a bottle 25 under a state where the outside of the bottle 25 is in pressure-contact with the inside of a mold 1 by expanding and stretching a preform within the mold 1. Then air within the bottle 25 is discharged and air is sent into a space between the inside of the mold 1 and outside of the bottle 25. Then the bottle under the softening temperature is reduced and tensile stress which has been generated on the bottle 25 is eliminated. When the air is sent into the bottle 25 and the bottle 25 is in pressure-contact with the inside of the mold 1 by expanding the bottle 25 by discharging the air within the cavity 2 between the inside of the mold 1 and the outside of the bottle 25 again, though tensile stress is generated again on the bottle 25, the tensile stress becomes lower value than that generated previously and also inner stress remaining in the cooled bottle 25 becomes lower further. |
