PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily manufacture the title inductance device having both stabilized magnetic characteristics and a small rate of deviation of inductance by a method wherein a sintered body of the composition, formed by compounding FeO2 and NiO, and as circumstances require, PbO is mixed into the fundamental component, is used as the material for a magnetic core. CONSTITUTION:A sintered body having the composition, wherein PbO of 0.5 to 30wt.% is compounded into the fundamental component containing one or two or more kinds selected from FeO3 and NiO as circumstances require, is used as a magnetic core 1. For example, a polyurethane-copper wire 2 is wound around said magnetic core 1 on which a lead wire 3 is connected to the end part of the magnetic core, epoxy coating material is coated thereon, and an insulating film 5 is formed. As a result, an open-magnetic circuit type inductance device, having a ferrite core 1 of small inductance variation against the stress of resin sheathing. As the magnetic characteristics of this inductance is maintained stably, the control of manufacturing process can be simplified, and also the inductance device having both small irregularity in inductance and small tolerance can be manufactured. |
