PURPOSE:To eliminate fogging in images and to obtain sharp image quality having no line drop-outs and black and white specks by forming a conductive layer and dielectric layer into specific constitution. CONSTITUTION:The conductive layer consists of a high-polymer binder and conductive metal oxide powder having 0.1 to 3mum average grain size and the dielectric layer consists of the high-polymer binder, insulating particles and conductive powder; in addition, the weight ratio of the high-polymer binder and the conductive powder is 100/0.005 to 100/0.09. The high-polymer binder is exemplified by thermoplastic resins and curable resins which cures by heat and the thermoplastic resins are exemplified by, for example, polyester, etc., and the copolymers thereof or the blends thereof. The curable resins are exemplified by the resins crosslinked by adding a crosslinking agent to, for example, a phenolic resin, etc. The sharp images which are free from fogging and line dropouts are obtd. in this way. |
