PURPOSE:To enhance impedance characteristic, ion conductivity, film thickness uniformity, adhesion to an electrode, workability, and stability for leaving on shelf and to design an enlarged area, by using a non-conductive net-like body comprising a woven cloth of a specified film thickness variation coefficient. CONSTITUTION:A non-conductive net-like body comprises a woven cloth of a shedding opening rate 35-65%, and average area 1.6X10<-3>-9X10<-2>mm<2> for each opening section with a space width 20-120mum between adjacent openings and film thickness variation coefficient less than 3%. This woven cloth is fed from a roller 1 to a solvent mixture supply unit 2a to be coated with a solvent mixture, and is made in a uniform film thickness by means of an applicater bar 2, and is introduced to a dry chamber to be dried by hot air generated by a heater 6 and a fan 5, and is formed into an electrolyte sheet to be wound on a roller 4. |
