PURPOSE:To efficiently discharge dust out of a hood even when said dust is whirled up by providing an ionizer, a collector and an ion generator in a machine body and providing nozzles for blowing out purified air conically to the periphery of the purified air blow-out port of the machine body. CONSTITUTION:A hood 10 covering the front of a purified air blow-out port 9 is connected to a machine body 7 having a dust-containing air inlet 8 and the purified air blow-out port 9 and a fan for sending dust-containing air in the machine body 7 is connected to the dust-containing air inlet 8 of the machine body 7 by a bellows hose 11. Further, an ionizer 12, the collector 13 positioned on the downstream side of the ionizer 12 and the ion generator 14 positioned on the downstream side of the collector 13 are provided in the machine body 7. Furthermore, nozzles 15 for blowing out purified air conically are arranged to the peripheral part of the purified air blow-out port 9 of the machine body 7. As a result, even when dust is whirled up from precise parts in the hood 10, said dust can be efficiently discharged out of the hood. |
