<p>PURPOSE:To improve the operation ratio of a machine by automatically transferring a returning tool and the feeding tools up to the number parts of empty pots while under working of the present working works and replacing with the above returning tool. CONSTITUTION:The tool fitted to the pot of a tool magazine and empty pots are checked by a tool layout comparing part 11, the tools existing and not existing in the tool magazine among the tools used by the succeeding working work are checked and a tool transfer table TT is prepd. by comparing as to which tool being returned and fed. A transfer table TTP is prepd. at a tool transfer table preparing part 12 by returning tools, the tool fed of the number of empty ports, the returning tools of the number of parts thereof and empty pots during working. The feeding tool registered in the table TTP during working is first fitted to the empty pot of the tool magazine by a tool transfer control part 13 and replaced with a returning tool then. The tools which could not be fitted and those in the same kind of a defective tool are changed after completion of the present working works by a tool transfer control part 16.</p> |
