PURPOSE:To attain high-speed serial transfer without the effect of a distance by exchanging serial data, and a shift clock and a transfer notifying signal, which are synchronized with the data, in a set. CONSTITUTION:When the respective serial transfers in respective directions are executed between equipment 110 and 120, the serial data, which have the respective inherent shift clocks and the transfer notifying signals and are in synchronization with the respective shift clocks, are transmitted. Further, the equipment 120 receives and transmits the data in synchronization with the shift clocks and the transfer notifying signal sent from the equipment 110 through a synchronization control means 121 and an exchange sharing shift register 123, and folds the shift clocks and the transfer notifying signal to the equipment 110. Thus, the high-speed serial transfer without the effect of the distance is attained. |
