<p>PURPOSE:To continuously record signals without interruption by delaying feeding of a recoding tape by the time corresponding to the interrupting time of signal recording when signal recording is interrupted due to the reversal of the recording ape feeding direction and gradually reducing the delayed time until the next interruption of signal recording. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed operation, such as reversal of the recording tape feeding direction, etc., is performed at a 1st tape deck 9 and signal recording is interrupted. After the lapse of prescribed time, feeding of the recording tape is restored and the signal recording is restarted. When the signal recording is restarted, a CPU 2 gradually reduces the signal delayed time at a digital delay circuit 1 as the recording tape is fed in the restored direction at the 1st tape deck 9 so that the signal delayed time can be made zero when the restored recording tape reaches the terminating end. Therefore, information signals can be recorded continuously over a long time without complicated operation.</p> |
