PURPOSE: To avoid invalid output by shifting a fluid converter connected to a planetary differential transmission through a clutch that can switch between a first and a second operational ranges, into a different operational range leading to overdrive operation. CONSTITUTION: Instantaneous drive connection is separated by the operation of clutches SK3, SK4, SK5 that can shift in the case of shifting a fluid converter 5 connected to the hollow wheel 18 of a planetary differential transmission 4 through a clutch SK3 that can switch between a first and a second operational ranges, out of both fluid converters 5, 6 into at least one other operational range leading to overdrive operation from the second operational range. The input side or output side main shaft is therefore connected to one of both main shafts 9, 10, during synchronous operation. An overdrive range can therefore be enlarged, and hydrostatic invalid output can be avoided or reduced at the end of the overdrive range. |
