PURPOSE: To make it possible for those with disabled hands or the blind to easily detach a lid from the container without slipping the lid and container off their hands by making a cam to be a specific cam or a supporting point cam in part. CONSTITUTION: This container is equipped with snap cams 10, 11 and 12 beneath an abutting surface 2a' of a skirt 2a of a lid 2 and when the abutting surface 2a' of the skirt is in contact with a bead 5, said bead is held by the snap cam. Further, disposed in the container are a cam 15 and supporting point cams 16 and 17 projecting from the lower end portion of the skirt 2a to the lower direction. When manually applying a slight pressure to the lid 2 at a portion 30, there is generated a significant torque around the line L of the supporting point cam. Said torque releases the snap cam (designated as a snap cam 10 in this case) by giving a low click sound from the container bead 5. At the same time, a portion 2aa opposite the snap cam 10 for the lid skirt 2a is in contact with a supporting shoulder portion 7 and when suddenly the lid is released in the snap cam 10, the lid and container are not disconnected. |
