INTER NETWORK CONNECTION SYSTEM

The inter-work connection system interconnects between a number of signalling networks using a common channel signalling system. Local signalling network constituted by the gateway offices of two networks to be interconnected is configured between the networks. A system for transmitting a signal through a number of exchanges has an origination exchange which sets a destination of the signal to one of a number of exchanges as a tandem office and transmits the signal. Each tandem exchange changes the destination of the signal in sequence and finally transmits it to the destination.
