<p>PURPOSE:To scarcely short-circuit electrode due to drying, and to transfer on a thin electrode buried ceramic crude sheet by flattening the surface of the sheet while holding its mechanical strength by forming the crude sheet on a support, thermally press-bonding it on another ceramic crude sheet or another electrode, then removing the support, and transferring it. CONSTITUTION:When an electrode ink film 10 formed on a support 11 made of a polyester film or the like is coated with a ceramic slurry 12, the coating is conducted only on the surface of the support 11 except a part covered with the film 10, and then dried as a first crude sheet 12a. This ceramic crude sheet 14 is pressed in contact with a ceramic laminate 15 together with the support 11, and the support 11 is removed to transfer the sheet 14 on the surface of the laminate 15. Since the sheet is buried in a state that the ink is dried and no solvent exists, the sheet is not eroded and not swelled.</p> |
