<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a resistor wherein the interval between the insulating cross face and the silk screen face is extremely narrow and which has the length, width and thickness as designed by forming an insulating cross, which has the fixed width, length, and thickness, on a lower layer conductor pattern formed on the upper face of a substrate, and forming an upper layer conductor pattern on this insulating cross. CONSTITUTION:Two lower layer conductor patterns 2 and 2 are formed in parallel on the upper face of a substrate 1 by printing, and thereon a rectangular insulating cross 3 having the fixed width, length, and thickness is formed in the form of right cross by printing. In a word, an upper layer conductor pattern 4 is formed on the insulating cross 3. Accordingly, for a resistor 6 which is formed between upper layer conductors 41 and 41 so as to connect them, the insulating cross 3 face becomes equivalent to the printed board face at printing formation. Hereby, at printing formation of the resistor 6, it is enough to consider the thickness of the upper layer conductor 41 on the insulating cross 3 and the thickness of screen emulsion. In a word, the interval (h) between the insulating cross 3 face and the silk screen face is extremely small, the resistance paste can be formed in the shape dimensions (width, length, and thickness) as designed.</p> |
