<p>PURPOSE:To simplify structure by a method wherein a vertical surface is formed on a shaft positioned facing the clutch of a motor rotor core, a clutch base disc is concentrically secured through the medium of a non-magnetic material, and a clutch disc is rotated concentrically and integrally with a pinion. CONSTITUTION:A rotor core 2 is secured on a motor shaft 1 rotatably disposed by means of bearings 21 and 21 of a case body 17, a stator for exciting a rotor is secured to secure a clutch base disc 4 on the shaft 1. A rotor winding is secured to the rotor core 2 and the clutch base disc 4 to form a motor. A surface vertical to the shaft 1 is formed on a surface where the motor rotor core 2 is positioned facing the clutch base disc 4, a spacer 3 of a non-magnetic material is located between the base disc 4 and the rotor core 2 and concentrically secured on the shaft 1, and a clutch disc 10 and a pinion 9 are rotatable integrally with each other. This constitution enables reduction of the size of the shaft 1.</p> |
