PURPOSE:To observe the state of a specimen cell by a measuring person beforehand by providing a fiberscope for observing the specimen cell for analysis and a lightguide for lighting for illuminating the specimen cell along a lightguide for projecting light. CONSTITUTION:An image observing part 11 is provided at the outer surface part of the intermediate part of a lightguide 2 for projecting light. An eyepiece part 13 through which an observer 12 observes a specimen cell and a lightguide 15 for lighting which sends the light from a light source 14 to the observing part 11 are connected. A fiber scope 16 reaching the specimen cell 4 for spectrochemical analysis along the lightguide 2 and one end of a lightguide 17 for lighting are attached to the observing part 11. The light from the light source 14 is transmitted to the lightguide 17 through the lightguide 15 and a reflecting mirror 18. The light is projected on the cell 4 in order to obtain the internal detailed image in the vicinity of the cell 4. The image is captured with an objective lens 16a at the other end of the scope 16. The image is observed 12 through the scope 16, a reflecting mirror 19 and the eyepiece lens 13a. Since the part of the illuminated cell 4 can be observed with the eyepiece part 13, countermeasures for the contamination of the cell and foreign matter in the specimen can be performed, and the occurrence of errors in measured value can be prevented. |
