PURPOSE:To obtain a composition excellent in balance of physical properties and workability by blending a polyamide resin with a modified polyolefin and polyfunctional compound in a special ratio and carrying out melting-kneading. CONSTITUTION:(A) 60-20 pts.wt. polyamide resin, (B) 40-80 pts.wt. modified olefin polymer prepared by melting and kneading 100 pts.wt. olefin polymer with <=-10 deg.C glass transition point selected from an olefin-based rubber, alpha-olefin polymer, etc., and 0.1-10 pts.wt. unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride are melted and kneaded. To the composition prepared at the above-mentioned first step, 0.01-20 pts.wt. polyfunctional compound containing >=2 functional groups reactive with a carboxyl, carboxyl anhydride group, etc., in one molecule is further added and the mixture is melted and kneaded at the latter step. To 100 pts.wt. resultant composition (D) 50-1000 pts.wt. polyamide resin is added and the obtained mixture is melted and kneaded. |
