PURPOSE:To prevent the loosening of end edges by subjecting woven fabrics flocked with piles to ultrasonic cutting or hot blade cutting by using a blade for cutting specified in edge angle and thickness. CONSTITUTION:The piled light shielding fabrics 5a, 5b are subjected to the ultrasonic or hot blade cutting by using the cutting blade having 45 to 100 deg. edge angle theta and 2 to 6mm thickness (d). The blade has no durability if its thickness is below 2mm and a solidified part is generated if the thickness exceeds 6mm. The required quantity of heat is not obtainable if the angle thetais below 45 deg. and the solidified part is generated if the angle exceeds 100 deg.. The end edges of the woven fabrics are, therefore, subjected to the sure loosening prevention by using the specific cutting blade. |
