PURPOSE: To reduce pressure difference between external pressure and internal pressure by providing a resilient valve device for equalizing pressure when pressure in a first chamber and pressure in a second chamber are unequal. CONSTITUTION: A lower chamber 4 is partitioned by a lower annular member 2 and a center member 12, and an upper chamber 6 is partitioned by the center member 12 and an upper annular member 14. O-ring sealing members 34, 36 are disposed between the lower annular member 2 and the center member 12 to seal the lower chamber 4. A fluid is provided in a bidirectionally flowable state through a spring pressing type demand valve 8 between the lower chamber 4 and the upper chamber 6. The demand valve 8 functions to supply a specified quantity of a compressed fluid into the upper chamber 6 by the displacement of an outer holding body 24. |
