PURPOSE:To prevent the value of a commodity from decreasing by employing a decoration member made by applying a skin to an elastic sheet or one face of the sheet as the member, bringing the edge of the member into elastic contact with the inside of a partition wall to erect it along the inside of the wall, and setting the member in a zone region. CONSTITUTION:A platelike base material 20a is formed by applying a skin 22 to one face of a board 21 made of thermoplastic synthetic resin, and a sheetlike decoration member 20b is formed by applying cloth 24 to one face of a thin cushion pad 23 made of continuously foamed polyurethane. The material 20a is heated to a moldable temperature, and the member 20b is set to a zone region 11a of the molding face 11 of an injection mold 10A. Then, the material 20a of heated state is placed on the whole face of setting face 11 in which the member 20b is set, a pneumatic box 10B is set, and pneumatic vacuum-molded. The member 20b is set in the zone 11, when the radius of curvature of the corner of the member 20b may be large, by bending the edge 25 of the member 02b to erect it, and bringing it into elastic contact with the inside of a partition wall 14 by the elastic force of the pad 23. |
