An arrangement for fastening a Christmas star or the like to a mast such as a flag-pole consists of two main parts 1, 9, one of which consists of a vertical beam 10, to which the Christmas star or the like is fixed and to which upper and lower holders 13 are also fixed, for an upper and lower roller pair 16a, 16b bearing against the mast, said upper and lower holders being connected to the corresponding upper and lower holders 3 of the other main part by means of springs 8a, 8b. The latter holders 3, which, like the first, bear rotatably upper and lower roller pairs, are interconnected by means of a vertical rail 2 and the springs 8b are disconnectable from one holder pair by virtue of the latter having slots 20 and bent-over end portions 19 and by virtue of the respective springs 8b ending in rings 21 which are normally fixed by said end portions. <IMAGE> |
