CONSTITUTION:If the values of high and low pressure sensors Pc, Pe are both higher than a predetermined suitable range to obtain an excess room heating capacity signal and an insufficient room cooling capacity signal, such as if the condensing capacity of an outdoor heat exchanger 3 is, for example, insufficient at the time of room cooling of all the units, the opening of a first motor- driven expansion valve 4 is so controlled in a direction as to increase the condensing capacity of the exchanger 3, i.e., to increase the opening. When suitable condition is not arrived even by the adjustment of the opening, overcooling degree Sc is arrived at its lower limit value during that period so that the opening cannot be further increased or the opening becomes fully opened value, the compressor 1 is so controlled by a capacity control means 53 as to increase the operating capacity of the compressor 1. |
