<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a black stain phenomenon, to simplify a process, and to reduce cost by forming the electrode film for the auxiliary capacity of an auxiliary capacity element by using the same conductive film with a scanning line. CONSTITUTION:The auxiliary capacity element C2 is added to a picture element capacitor C1 so as to prevent the black stain phenomenon by improving the charge storage quantity of picture elements of the liquid crystal display device. Then the electrode film CH for the auxiliary capacitor is formed of the same conductive film g2 with the scanning signal line GL. A transparent conductive film g2 is formed by a sputtering to about 1,200Angstrom thickness by using, for example, an ITO film, a thin Cr oxide film with light transmissivity, NESA film, etc. Thus, the black stain phenomenon is prevented to improve the display quality, the manufacture process of the conductive film g2 is simplified, and the manufacture cost is reduced.</p> |
