PURPOSE:To execute control in line with the peculiar form of a building and to obtain extensity and flexibility by executing the down-load of correspondent control data from a building control center to the controller of the said building and executing the peculiar operation of the building. CONSTITUTION:In a building control center 1, data, which are peculiar to all buildings A-building 9A - N-building 9N to be controlled, are inputted through the keyboard or touch panel of a first CRT11. Accordingly, a parameter for selection per building is stored to a disk 14. This parameter for selection is down-loaded from a building group control system through a communication control device 15 and MODEMs 16 and 17 to the communication controller of each building in the case of building side system rising in each building. When the various parameters are corrected or added, the parameter is down- loaded to the communication controller of the said building in each correction or addition. Thus, the building group control system can be presented in line with the operation form of each building and the satisfactory extensity of function or flexibility to a change can be obtained. |
