摘要 PURPOSE:To mass produce motilin by analyzing amino acid structure of motilin as a hormone to manage motion sthenia of digestive tract and smooth muscle contraction of digestive tract and using DNA to code the amino acid structure. CONSTITUTION:A single stranded DNA to code a peptide containing >=6 residues of non-charged polar amino acids and methionine at the end, a single stranded DNA to code an amino acid sequence shown by the formula (X is amino acid residue except Met and Asp) and single stranded DNAs containing a base sequence complementary with base sequences of these single stranded DNAs are synthesized, respectively. A duplex DNA is prepared comprising the non- charged amine acid as a leader sequence by using these synthetic single stranded DNAs and specific restriction enzyme recognition sites are added to the ends of the duplex DNA. A plasmid integrated with another protein gene information is cleft with the same restriction enzyme as that of the restriction enzyme recognition site, the preobtained DNA is added to the cleft point to reconstitute a plasmid. A host is transformed with the plasmid.
