<p>NEW MATERIAL:A monoclonal antibody forming cell line, specifically bonding to tetrahydrocannabinol (derivative) obtained by fusing a spleen cell of mouse sensitized with immunogen composed of binding substance of tetrahydrocannabinol (derivative) and gamma globulin derived from chicken and a cell line derived from myeloma and subjecting to cloning. USE:For preparation of monoclonal antibody for immunoassay of tetrahydrocannabinol (derivative). PREPARATION:For instance, Freund's complete adjuvant mixture containing dead Mycobacterium tuberculosis is administrated to mouse, etc., and immunized, then spleen cell is picked and fused with cell line derived from myeloma of mouse, thus screened and antibody-producing clone is selected. Next, said clone is subjected to cloning by limiting dilution analysis, etc., to afford the aimed monoclonal antibody forming cell line.</p> |
