PURPOSE:To miniaturize the reactor by providing a raw material charging inlet to the upper part of a reactor shell, and providing the distributor which uniformly distributes the raw material liquid sent in from the raw material charging inlet to plural reaction pipes. CONSTITUTION:Raw materials of gaseous hydrogen and liquid benzene are introduced from the inlet 6 provided to the upper part of the reactor shell. The gas-liquid mixture is distributed by the distributor 8 provided to the upper part of the fixed bed consisting of plural reaction pipes 4 packed with catalyst, and uniformly introduced into each reaction pipe 4. The raw materials uniformly distributed to each reaction pipe are catalystically reacted while passing through the catalysts layer 3 to produce cyclohexane with the generation of large quantity of heat, and the reaction product is taken out from a discharge outlet 7. Heat exchanging medium is introduced from an inlet 10, and flowed through the outer spaces of reaction pipes 4 to absorb the reaction heat, and discharged from an outlet 11. By this method, uniformity of reaction is kept without the generation of hot spot. |
