PURPOSE:To obtain the subject enzyme suitable for analysis of sugar chain structure possible to efficiently purify the traction and having excellent stability in low cost by making carrier of insoluble sulfated polysaccharides by sulfation of chromatographic base of polysaccharides, adsorbing and eliminating using said carrier. CONSTITUTION:(A) Chromatographic base of polysaccharides such as sulfated cellulofine or sephadex is suspended in a solvent such as pyridine, reacted with sulfating agent such as sulfuric anhydride to obtain insoluble sulfated polysaccharides. Using resultant polysaccharides as carrier of column chromatography, etc., (B) cell or medium in which glycosaminoglycan protease is cultured is passed through and purified to afford the aimed enzyme. |
