The resin compsn. having a protection property of fungi, bacteria and antinomycetes, comprises: (1) 100 wt.% synthetic resin such as polyolefin, polyvinyl and polyster; (2) 0.1-10 wt.% stabilizing agent; (3) 1-10 wt.% plasticizer; and (4) 0.1-5 wt.% one of 2-(4- thiazolyl)-benzimidazole, N-(fluorodichloro methyl thio)-phthalimide, N,N-dimethyl-N'-phenyl(fluoro dichloro methylthio) sulfamide and pentachlorophenol.
