<p>NEW MATERIAL:A monoclonal antibody forming cell line, specifically bonding to tetrahydrocannabinol (derivative) (THC hereinafter) obtained by fusing a spleen cell of mouse sensitized by immunogen composed of binding substance of THC and bovine serum albumin and a cell line derived from myeloma and subjecting to cloning and specifically bonding of immunoglobulin produced in supernatant of cultured solution to said THC. USE:For producing monoclonal antibody useful for detecting THC as active ingredient of hashish in blood, etc., by immunoassay in high sensitivity. PREPARATION:At first, THC is introduced into bovine serum albumin and immunogen is obtained, then said immunogen is sensitized to mouse. Next, spleen cell of immunized mouse and cell line derived from myeloma are fused and resultant fused cell is subjected to cloning.</p> |
