摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently form the Langmuir-Blodgett film by rising a substrate at <=0.6cm/min speed then lowering the substrate at 1.2-3.0cm/min speed in a water phase on which a specific monomolecular film is developed. CONSTITUTION:The soln. of the compd. expressed by the formula I (n denotes a positive integer) X denotes an alkylene group which may have internally >=1 ether bond (-O-) and/or ester bond (-COO-,-OCO-) and the total carbon atoms thereof are m>=8 and m>=n; Z denotes a hydrophilic group) is dropped onto the water phase contg. bivalent metal ions and/or tervalent metal ions to develop the monomolecular film on the water phase surface. The substrate is first raised at <=0.6cm/min speed in this water phase and is then lowered at 1.2-3.0cm/ min speed and is raised at 0.1-3.0cm/min speed, by which the Langmuir-Blodgett film is formed on the substrate.</p> |
