PURPOSE:To output a highly accurate detection value from each sensor by providing a detection value memory means, a detection difference value memory means and a detection value correction means. CONSTITUTION:In order to correct the irregularity of the detection sensitivities of the respective sensors 20 in a sensor array 10, the difference between the detection value of each of the sensors and the detection value from the specific sensor in the array 10, for example, the min. detection value in the array 10 is preliminarily stored in a detection difference value memory means 70 provided at every sensor in such a state that uniform input to be detected is applied to all of the sensors. Next, when actual input to be detected is given to each of the sensors 20 of the array 10, the detection value from each of the sensors based on said input to be detected is stored in a detection value memory means 60 provided at every sensor at first. Subsequently, the difference value stored in the means 70 is read to a detection value correction means 80 and the detection value in the means 80 is corrected on the basis of said difference value to be set to the detection value of that sensor. This detection value is apparently equal to that from the array 10 wherein the detection sensitivities of the respective sensors are already adjusted and made uniform. Therefore, an accurate detection value is outputted from each of the sensors. |
