<p>PURPOSE:To improve positioning lamination between layers by matching center of gravity of a positioning mark at four or more locations formed along with a wiring pattern and a line which equally divides crossing angle of diagonal lines of a polygon consisting of each center of gravity. CONSTITUTION:Positioning marks 38-41 formed along with a wiring pattern of a printed-wiring board 36 ar read by TV cameras 30-33 to allow each center of gravity of the marks 38-41 to be calculated. Then, a center of gravity (G0) of a polygon consisting of these canters of gravity and a crossing angle (theta) of a diagonal line are calculated. After this, the similar calculation is performed by reading the positioning mark of the carried wiring board and positioning is performed so that a line which equally divides the center of gravity G0 and the crossing angle theta for lamination. It minimizes positioning deviation caused by different degree of shrinkage between each printed-wiring board.</p> |
