PURPOSE:To obtain a system for monitoring and using the power system of high quality by displaying the voltage stable-threshold of the system voltage of an assumed fault system. CONSTITUTION:Measured values with respect to a power system 1 are inputted through an information transmitting device 2-1. The measured values including errors are used to determine the state of the power system 1 in a system state decision processing S10. In an assumed fault system simulation processing S20, among prepared assumed kinds of faults, the kinds of high frequency generated in existing systems are simulated. In a stability threshold computation processing S30, voltage stable-thresholds for the preset system created in the previous processing S10 and the assumed fault system created in the previous processing S20 are found. In a stability monitoring processing S40, the results of the previous processings S10, S20 and S30 are used, and the states of the stability of the respective systems are discriminated, and by an output processing 50, various data of the results of the previous processings are displayed on an MMI device 5. |
