<p>PURPOSE:To attain a prompt and suitable reaction after the completion of an earthquake by detecting not only the generation of the earthquake but also settlement of the earthquake, and transmitting information. CONSTITUTION:When the earthquake is generated, a seismoscope 1 outputs a signal according to a GAL value (the maximum acceleration value) and a seismic coefficient, and displays it to a display circuit 4. When the seismic coefficient becomes >= 3, the output of a maximum value holding circuit 3 is inputted through a seismic coefficient variation detecting circuit 5 to a selector circuit 9, and outputs a broadcast signal from an IC memory voice generator 10 according to the seismic coefficient. Further, when the seismic coefficient becomes larger, the broadcast is altered to that corresponding to the seismic coefficient. Thereafter, the GAL value becomes lower than a reference value continuously for a prescribed time, it is decided that the earthquake is settled, the broadcast signal such as post-earthquake conduct corresponding to the maximum seismic coefficient is outputted from an IC memory voice generator 19. Thus, the prompt and suitable transmission of the earthquake information is attained.</p> |
