<p>PURPOSE: To make reaction quick, precisely control a voltage, and reduce power dissipation, by forming balance protection system of minimum components, and leading one out of a chip line and a ring line to earth when the other is led to earth. CONSTITUTION: When one of voltage high sensitive switches 30, 32 of chip lines 12, 18 and ring lines 14, 20 is led to earth, the other switch of the chip lines 12, 18 or the ring lines 14, 20 is also led to earth, and balance protection system is formed by a protective circuit 16. When the voltage of the chip lines 12, 18 or the ring lines 14, 29 which are not initially earthed exceeds the residual blocking voltage of the other chip lines 12, 18 or ring lines 14, 20, the protective circuit 16 acts in the following manner; both the chip lines 12, 18 and the ring lines 14, 20 are always led to an earth line 22 when a voltage exceeds the voltage of the chip lines 12, 18 or the ring lines 14, 20 to the earth line 22. Thereby the influence on an electronic equipment is excluded.</p> |
