PURPOSE:To realize miniaturization and to make it possible to detect with high degree of accuracy by arranging detected elements along a rotary rectifier and, at the same time, by calculating a reference value for detecting abnormalities from the average of a differential signal and following the variation of a clearance. CONSTITUTION:In case there is the occurrence of fusing in any one of fuses 5b, when one of detected elements 16 is opposite to the fusing fuse, the other detection element is inputted to an abnormal detection circuit 20 as a differential signal (D). The differential signal (D) is averaged at a smoothing circuit 21 to input to an adder 23, and after multiplying by a bias (B), it is inputted to a reference input terminal of a comparator 22 as a reference value. On the other hand, the differential signal (D) is inputted to a comparison input terminal of the comparator 22. When a peak value of the differential signal (D) is in excess of the reference value, the comparator 22 outputs an abnormal signal (E) to an alarming circuit 18. At that time, the differential signal (D) varies in proportion to output current of an AC exciter, fused 5b and clearance of detection elements 16. |
