发明名称 METHOD FOR OPERATING LARGE-SIZED FREE-FLOW TYPE CATAPHORESIS DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable stable operation even with a device having a thick vessel by using, as migration buffer solution, organic anion electrolytic solution whose pKa value is 6 to 9 and equivalent conductivity is 30Scm<2>/mol or less neutralized by organic strong base electrolyte whose pKa value is 13 or larger and equivalent conductivity is 40Scm<2>/mol or less. CONSTITUTION:Organic anion electrolyte to be used as buffer solution whose pKa value is 6 to 9 and equivalent conductivity is 30Scm<2>/mol or less is sulfonic acid derivative, for example. The pKa value of this electrolyte is specified to 6 to 9 because a living specimen cannot be alive if pKa is less than 6 or higher than 9. The equivalent conductivity of organic anion electrolyte is specified to 30Scm<2>/mol or less because the lower the equivalent conductivity, the more desirable. Ammonium is selected as an example of electrolytic materials which satisfies the above conditions. The pKa value is specified to 13 or larger because the amount required for neutralization increases if the pKa value is less than 13, and the conductivity is specified to 40Scm<2>/mol or less because the lower the conductivity, the more preferable.
