The decoder includes a video signal processor (1) for recognizing teletext signal in the video signal, a receiver (2) for receiving the remote control signal, a page comparator (3) for comparing page signals in the remote control signal and in the video signal, an acquiring and adjusting unit (4) for acquiring and adjusting the teletext data by receiving the output signal of the video signal processor, a teletext timing chain (5) for adjusting the decoder time and for driving counters (9-12), a ROM (6) having letters frequently used, a RAM (7) for storing data for a moment, and an address demultiplexer (8) and a memory control unit (13) for designating and adjusting the address of the ROM and the RAM. |
