PURPOSE:To enable improper lamination to be detected easily by indicating a series of symbols showing the order of lamination at a specified position of each circuit pattern layer. CONSTITUTION:A series of symbols 4 indicating the order of lamination and a lamination indication 3 along with a screen pattern 5 are provided at a specified position of each circuit pattern layer 1 along with a circuit pattern 2 by shifting the position in the order of lamination. It allows a symbol 4 of all layers to be interpreted in an aligned manner for a normal laminated layer. In the case of an improper laminated layer, either symbol 4 cannot be interpreted since it is hidden by the screen pattern 5. Thus, even in the laminating stage during work, an improper laminated layer can be easily detected before adhesion. |
