PURPOSE:To enhance strengths in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction of a diaphragm and reduce the weight and improve the productivity, by using a honeycomb-shaped core plate consisting of a thermoplastic synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:Surface plates 2 consisting of a light metallic foil, a high polymer plastic film, or the like having a relatively high elasticity are stuck to both faces of a core plate 4 which consists of a thermoplastic synthetic resin and is formed to a shape like a honeycomb. Thus, a proper bending strength is given to a rectangular plane plate diaphragm, and the weight is reduced, and the productivity is improved. |
