The invention relates to an artificial reef module device for protecting sea beds. It is constituted by a raised bottom 2 having around the whole periphery and at the base of the reef module 1 a lip 5, 6 constituted by the extension of the lateral walls 3, 4 and able to be buried until the bottom rests on the sand 7, in such a way as to cause a suction phenomenon opposing any overturning torque, and a column 10 terminated in a point 11, traversing the module from bottom to top, anchored directly in this bottom and protruding above the upper base of the module being intended for damaging nets. It is intended for the creation of spawning grounds and refuges for submarine fauna whilst by preventing the devastating effects on fauna and flora caused by fishing nets and fishing devices raking and draining the sea beds and its purpose is a functional modification making it possible to remedy the risk of overturning of the modules, in particular by nets, and at the same time to simplify the construction of modules equipped with an anti-net obstacle. <IMAGE> |
