<p>A compact filtration device comprising a means for feeding effluent 15 upstream of a desaturated solid filter mass, the said device being characterised in that it additionally comprises, from upstream towards downstream and from the top downwards, a buffer storage vessel 14, 16, at least one first filter means 18 comprising at least one water-repellent textile 11, 19, arranged transversely to the trajectory of the fluid and forming a free passage for the fluid over substantially its whole surface so as to protect the solid filter mass 21 against any erosion, and at least one second filter means 20 comprising at least one hydrophilic textile inserted into the solid filter mass, creating, in its passage, a pressure drop greater than that of the solid filter mass in which it is placed, the said hydrophilic textile being intended to distribute the effluent uniformly over virtually the whole of this solid mass while facilitating its drying. <IMAGE></p> |
