PURPOSE:To obtain the title dyed yarn with crimping nature comparable to that for hank-dyed yarn, good in unwindability of the dyed cheese yarn therefrom by treatment such as false twist processing, under specified conditions, of a specific interlaced polyamide multifilament yarn put to high-speed spinning, followed by dyeing. CONSTITUTION:A polyamide multifilament yarn produced by high-speed spinning 35X10<-3>-42X10<-3> in birefringence and 5-40 in interlacing factor is subjected to false twist processing at a temperature H1 of a heater 7 [>Tm deg.CX0.7 (Tm is the melting point of the yarn)] followed by heat treatment at an over feed rate of >=60% and a temperature H2 of a second heater 10 [>Tm/21XD (denier)<1/2>/rho(g/cm<3>) (D is fineness after false twist processing; rho is density of false twist textured yarn)] and then winding into a cheese-shaped package with a winding density <=0.25g/cm<3> followed by dyeing said package. |
