The arrangement has a retaining body (1) with a retaining region (2) and holding region (3) and an elastic edge (5) adjoining the holding region (3) and exposed on one side to atmospheric pressure. An arm (12) is fixed to the retaining body (1) and allows the application of a tipping tone (11) to the retaining body at a distance from the face of contact (7). The holding region (3) and the edge (5) are made of the same foil-like elastic material (esp. rubber or plastic). This material has a surface with enhanced friction towards the application face.
