PURPOSE: To certainly fasten a winding layer outside of a band roll similarly to the inside by rotating a short lever arm in the direction of closing to the roll to strongly press a roller following rotation of a long lever arm rotates in the direction of separating from the roll with increasing of the diameter of the band roll. CONSTITUTION: When the diameter of a band roll 8 increases with progression of winding, a roller 11 at the outer end of a long lever arm with a length 1 of a bell crank lever 10 touches the outer periphery of the roll 8. Then, the roller 11 is pushed outward of the outer periphery of the roll 8, and the long lever arm to which the roller 11 is mounted rotates in the direction of separating from a winding core 5 around a pivot shaft 13. Simultaneously, a short lever arm with a length S rotates in the direction of closing to the core 5, and a roller 9 at the outer end of the short lever arm impresses to the roll 8 strong pressure 1/S times larger than the pressure impressed to the roller 11 from the roll 8. This pressure gradually increases due to continuous rotation of the lever 10 with increasing of the diameter of the roll 8, and the rollers 11, 9 reach chain lines 11.1, 9.1. |
